WHAT’S THE VIBE?
SPACE2WORK is hosted by local architecture studio, G2 Architects. We are busy, friendly people who love our space and can’t wait to share it with you. Sometimes there’s jazz, and always there’s coffee.
We’ve built this workspace with some incredible inclusions:
Access 8:30am-6pm (out of hours by arrangement)
Japanese courtyard zen space
On-street parking
Bookable meeting room w. 8pax capacity + large screen
Solar hydronic in-slab heating
Energy efficient solar + battery power
By arrangement: Printing, EV charging, lunch, private short stay accommodation
The only thing we don’t want to share? Flu symptoms and old cups! We ask everyone to stay home if sick, look after the kitchen, and save some pats for our office groodle, Gus.
THE LOCATION
In case you’re not from here and need to know more, Sawtell is a beach village located just south of Coffs Harbour, NSW.
It is 10 minutes from Coffs Harbour airport, and seconds from the best beach in all the land.
Sawtell village has cafes, restaurants, bars and an art deco cinema - just in case you’re working too hard.
SPACE2WORK is an 8min walk to Sawtell village, 5min walk to beach, and 1min walk to bus stop. There’s also street parking.
Surf not guaranteed… But usually glorious.
